  • Be Alert!

    Respond to situations whilst on the move without having to interact with a control room.
    Resolve alerts, add notes and free up time and personnel in the process.

  • Push notifications

    When an alert is triggered by the platform, it’s the action that decides who will receive the alert.
    Tap on the push notification it will take you straight to that alert’s details.

    Switch between information panels quickly and easily to view all aspects of the event:

  • Insights

    Insights provide reporting on all critical event counters to highlight Priority, Top-talkers and Alert reasons. Stay up to date with who is handling alerts, what locations are requiring most attention along with vehicle and device data.

  • Manual event

    Report 'unconnected' events and raise alerts directly in the platform, for example an abandoned vehicle or vandalism.

    The event is logged with geolocation and a photo for the team to react to accordilngly.

  • End-to-end tracking

    From time of reporting to time of resolution, the response time is measured to help with your KPI reporting.
